RYSA U14 Girls Win the RYSA Kickoff Classic
The RYSA U14 Lady Revs protected the house and kept the U15 Fall Kickoff Classic Championship at home. The girls outscored their opponents 17 to 5. With 10 different girls scoring goals, this was a great team effort. The defense also showed very well not allowing any goals in the Championship game, winning 4-0. After the tournament Coach Scott said, “With the addition of some new players, I am very pleased with how well the girls came together as a team this weekend. This was a good test for the team as we head into the season and I look forward to seeing what these girls can accomplish.”
U12 Girls Blue Finalist in RYSA Kickoff Classic
The U12 girls blue team had a great weekend at the RYSA Fall Kick Off Classic. They began their tournament weekend with a win over SSA Chelsea and a tough loss against Inter-Atlanta. Game three was a “have to win to go” situation and the girls secured their spot in the finals with a 4-0 win over Fury FC. The final was lost in a shoot out 2-1 against Inter-Atlanta. This rematch from the day before was an extremely physical and tough played game. Both the coach and all the parents are extremely proud of how hard these girls played this weekend!

Join RYSA in Mission Trip To Haiti
Rockdale Youth Soccer Association is proud to partner with Haitian Christian Mission and the Play It Forward program this Fall. RYSA players and their families will have an opportunity to travel to Haiti to take part in and lead soccer clinics for the kids and coaches at Fond Parisien. We will deliver much needed donations including soccer equipment, uniforms, cleats and other everyday necessities. While there, we will also participate in other projects like painting buildings and small construction or cleaning projects.
Since 1974, the Haitian Christian Mission has strived to show Haiti Christ's love through education, medical care, food, employment, and child sponsorship. Their mission is to feed the Body, Mind, and Spirit of the Haitian People. The Play It Forward program was extablished in 2011 to promote education, healthy lifestyles and biblical principles. The program stresses leadership skills and community development through sports and mentorship.
